PF set up

Hi!!
I was not banned on my acc but with the new update, i'm getting some captcha... i didn't get any before..
So is there some set up to avoid captcha ???

My set up :
-bike speed / with random stop at pokestop
-immediatly transfer pokemon and recycle items
-boting in my local town, with 1km arround
