How this blizzard justify this phenomena called RNG?

I must have had well over 20k kills, and I swear to god, not a hat NOR did I find a parrot.

Yet this one guy finds 2 after a night of farming.

I must've been someone BAD in my previous life.

I dont rly want one for own use:P its just they sell for 15k on my server with a pretty high demand, i'm sure I could sell atleast 5 a day if I actually had 5:P thats how many people are looking for one.

and the hats are on AH for 4k gold, which is pretty high I guess?
 
Running two bots on it atm, one with boat and 1 without, I want that stupid parrot before patch! :p
 
Goddammit! I ran 2 bots on it for about 12 hours straight before patch, still nothing.. I must have had about 8000 kills so far :/
 
This profile has been fully updated in accordance with the changes in HonorBuddy and the changes within Warcraft.

As per usual there are two versions for you to choose to load, one with boats, the other without.
 
anyone else having a problem where it just runs by the targets hes suppose to kill?

its not targeting any of the buck and i checked to see if fraction 119 is on the list and it is.. confuses me

FYI This Bird now drops off any mob in STV. The Value will be down as the drop frequency will increase in accordance with people leveling and killing Mobs in STV. If i were you and you want your gold now, sell any you have. I was holding out for a high sale, im now lowering my price dramatically as the AH is flooded with them.

Prices are dependant on a per realm basis, if the demand outweighs the supply prices will effectively still be pretty high regardless of the changes to where and how it drops.

Also the profile(s) have been edited to reflect the drop changes and as such will kill everything around it, however the profile will still use the pirates as the core until I work out respawn timers and confirmed drops for other areas.

the profile will not attack the pirates unless they attack him.. it targets the spiders but runs around the pirates... i checked and the fraction 119 is in the profile..

The profile itself is working as intended, however either the CC's or HB are not so please post me some logs so I can start to understand why.

On another note make sure you do not have the farming option enabled.

I guess someone can make a skinning profile (I have one in my 1-60) and farming skins as well? =)
 
This profile is running past loads of mobs.. How can I fix that?

edit: it is attacking crabs.. but not the pirates O.o

May I ask what fix you applied to get it working? Not had chance to have a very good look at things yet so any help will be appreciated.

I had to change this line:
<TargetMinLevel>35</TargetMinLevel>
<TargetMaxLevel>60</TargetMaxLevel>
to:
<TargetMinLevel>25</TargetMinLevel>
<TargetMaxLevel>60</TargetMaxLevel>

Most pirates are around level 30..

edit: The crabs are level 35 it attacked..

Unbelievable, after running this profile many times with out a macaw or even a first mates hat, I was running Kaz's 1-30 quest profile and the hat dropped off one of the trash mobs :)
