So all these pet battle profiles works wonderously for me. Im just curious as to how I get it to do Celestial Tournament. Do I have to setup my own tactics or are there specific pets I need?

there is a profile for it, you can look at the individual fights and see what pets you need for each to do it

Do you have any pets level 19-24? If you only used classic, they are probably level 17/18. So I recommend you get the trial for the Burning Crusade pack and level them to 19 so Pandaria can pick up.

Since last HB build this plugin is not working properly shows always "updating team" when I am trying to booster level up any pet. I have over 100 level 25 pets should work well I guess.

Sadly the log does not tell me with which pets it has troubles and it works very well for me on 7 different accounts with varying levels of progress in pet battling. I already asked you on Discord if you have acquired any new pets that might cause this issue. It seems that it can't parse a specific tactic, but there are 800+ tactics in the product and when I parsed them, they all seemed to work.
