Permanent ban

Just thought i would share.
So i was hit with the 6 month ban and not really caring about wow anymore i cheekily appealed the ban after 2 days of waiting i received a reply saying.
Greetings,

Your World of Warcraft account has been permanently closed due to a direct breach of the Terms of Use.
They now consider the matter closed so be careful when appealing.

yeah I didnt appeal but I did notice all the acounts said Perma

When I appealed, the response was the same. So I asked for clarification and was told that the response was in error and it was in fact a 6 month suspension not a permanent ban. In other words, there is a general response for everyone.
