You were saying this would get him unbanned and I disagree that the chances are he won't becouse that's how blizzard unban policy is atm if they know you were botting you will most likely not be unbanned.
It's worth it to appeal but still chances are you're sticking with a ban.

Listen dude I've used this line in two different permanent banned accounts both open accounts now. It wasn't a warning it was a full fledged ban. This method won't make it worse. You're a fool if you think that.

2 accounts you know how silly it sounds there are way more accounts being banned everyday then 2 which means ur succes may very well not work for him or anyone else.
 
I've had nothing but permanent bans, no 72 hour suspensions here. When I called them up last time, the chap on the phone seemed as if he was listening to me but told me he had no power to remove the ban but would put my side forward and get it looked into again. Pretty much as soon as I put the phone down I got the email telling me that there would be no further reviews and the account was locked for good.

Doesn't hurt appealing but I believe they're on a zero tolerance policy at the moment, only the lucky are getting bans overturned to a 72 hour suspension.
