Hello forum, here is my story.
I had an account with around 1 million gold on it. I got SUPER greedy in a time of tight money and sold a small amount of my gold "thinking" that I could slip past Blizzard's radar. Well no such luck. My account was banned with a lot of gold worth a lot of money.
I have appealed this ban with several appeals, both made by me and by others. I am in desperate need of this gold because I need the cash for a Mission Trip to New Mexico to provide housing necessities such as air conditioning, heating, pluming, roofing, flooring, and food to those on an Indian Reservation. This trip is not cheap, and is sponsored through my church, which you can find here: Concordia Lutheran Church, San Antonio Also the mission trip details can be found at the end of July on their calender.
I come here requesting someone work with me to write a ban letter that has a solid chance of getting this account un-banned. If you chose to assist me I would be more than happy to provide all the letters used and any further information. I am able to dig up birth certificates and credit cards if needed. Lastly, this account has been banned for quite some time. Banned: January of 2011
Here is the Letter:
Greetings,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding the World of Warcraft account you are using. We appreciate and understand your point of view, yet have to reiterate that all players participating in the World of Warcraft environment are required to adhere to the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use) at all times.
Account Name:
Character/Realm Name:
Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy
This account was closed because one or more characters were identified exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold) for ""real-world"" currency. This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy. While these repercussions may seem harsh, we feel very strongly that these names have no place within the world of Azeroth due to their extremely offensive nature. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to reverse the account action previously issued.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope this has resolved any concerns you may have had. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance to you.
Any disputes or questions concerning this account action can only be addressed by Account Administration. To learn more about how Account Administration is able to assist you, please visit us at Blizzard Support
Please remember that the security of the account you are using is crucial. We recommend following the Security Checklist - Account Security - Battle.net on our Account Security site at Account Security - Battle.net.
Thank you for your time and patience in this matter and your continued interest in World of Warcraft.
Regards,
Game Master
