Hello forum, here is my story.

I had an account with around 1 million gold on it. I got SUPER greedy in a time of tight money and sold a small amount of my gold "thinking" that I could slip past Blizzard's radar. Well no such luck. My account was banned with a lot of gold worth a lot of money.

I have appealed this ban with several appeals, both made by me and by others. I am in desperate need of this gold because I need the cash for a Mission Trip to New Mexico to provide housing necessities such as air conditioning, heating, pluming, roofing, flooring, and food to those on an Indian Reservation. This trip is not cheap, and is sponsored through my church, which you can find here: Concordia Lutheran Church, San Antonio Also the mission trip details can be found at the end of July on their calender.

I come here requesting someone work with me to write a ban letter that has a solid chance of getting this account un-banned. If you chose to assist me I would be more than happy to provide all the letters used and any further information. I am able to dig up birth certificates and credit cards if needed. Lastly, this account has been banned for quite some time. Banned: January of 2011

Here is the Letter:

While these repercussions may seem harsh, we feel very strongly that these names have no place within the world of Azeroth due to their extremely offensive nature. Well , first off , the good Lord wouldn't make you break any kind of rules if he wanted you to go. The tender he supplies to you is 100% legal.
 
Maybe take it as a sign from god.

Guys I realize this. Please hold no prejudice if you are able to help me.
 
The best advice I would give if you have this trip coming up is you better grab a job and work until July. I doubt you going to get that account unbanned. If you had not been through all the appeals already I would say to plead innocence that your account had been hacked but I doubt they will go for that now.

well if i knew you, you could probably bunk with me, but since i dont its a no go. as far as the ban letter, just give it a shot, even if they do unban your account chances are the second you move the gold from that account your going to be hit hard.
 
Facts:

1 - You had 1.000.000g in a wow account
2 - You DID sold gold
3. - All this gold was earn botting

It is difficult that anyone will ever believe this gold was earned without botting.

Hitting the gold cap playing by hand is virtually impossible. And people that do this usually do that playing with AH stuff... and not farming. as you did.

Blizzard knows it all, and they can check logs and see that you got 1.000.000g farming herbs and ore.

To get that amount of stuff playing by hand... it would take about 10 yers of wow hahaha...

So, write them an e-mail:

"Dear blizzard.

I had 1.000.000g and it was all earned honestly farming stuff. I am realy a no-life, and I like wow so much (to desire so much of it in-game currency), that I spent the last 10 years farming. As my 40 chars, spread thru 30 different realms, are all in blue PVP gear, I really do not need the money, so i decided to give it away to some good people... I hope to make them happier this way.
Please unban my account, because i need the gold to get some money to save children in africa.

Thank you.

p.s. Please do not forget my easter egg and my bicicle. I swear I had not been naughty.

I was kinda requesting assistance with composing my un-ban letter. I am looking for the best approach to take with my current set backs.

I find the funny. Do you really think I should give it a shot. For example I have tried calling in multiple time to speak with someone over the phone about, but they have always told me to just write an appeal. If you would like to work with me to write or more elaborate/convincing one that would be much appropriated. OR if you truly believe this is sufficient I will try it.
 
well, in your position i would try to call the support and talk with them.
another thing you might wanna try is calling them just saying that you regret doing this stuff and just want to experience the great game called wow again with your good old account that you got some emotions on - worked for me once, could be used as your last try if nothing else works :)

Its not impossible, i have an addon keeping a running total of my sales... i've sold more than 1mil via the AH since the start of cata, all done without botting for gold. Not that i have that much at the moment, god knows where i've spent it all :D Atm im fund raising to make sure i can buy mats for the legendary when 4.2 hits

I can earn gold manually far quicker and easier than i could using a bot to gather for me just through knowledge of whats good and whats not
 
The new legendary will be crafted, you need to collect the mats which will include 25 of the new version of primordial saronite.. as per wrath they will drop from raid bosses and likely be purchasable with valor and most importantly BoE. Once you have the base mats you got CoT and begin the chain, get a timeless eye and do a series of quests and end up with a basic version of the staff much like how you obtained shadows edge in ICC. Only then will you be eligiable to obtain the 25 raid drop 'shards/fragments' that are necessary to turn the staff from the epic into the legendary

My intention is to make sure that as early as possible i can get those first 25 shards, not just because of the legendary but also because it will likely be a BiS weapon before the legendary anyway

I am however expecting the price on those BoE items to be a little high

Step 1) Purchase a new wow account
Step 2) Level it up 85 with botting, give it collection proffessions
Step 3) Start over.

In the time you've been trying to get it unbanned, you could have started over and NOT sold gold from your main account.

Cut your losses, start over while you still have time. I doubt they will unlock your account based on the obvious fact that you are going to sell the rest of it.

I respect your advice however I did not provide my other botting accounts. I currently have 3 botting accounts with 1 banker with nearly 1.2 million gold on it. I need the other account to continue the funding for my mission trip.
 
I'm Sorry, deal with it. If you can't go on the mission, there will be others. At 15, you have a lot to learn.

Start over.
