few minutes ago, the ban hammer hit me... this is no whine, just giving some information. The curious thing is that there was no 72h suspension prior to the ban.

1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account?

none of these on that account

2)If so, when was the last time?

3)What profile were you using?

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname

5)What plugins are you using?

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?

7)How many auctions per day did you have?

not a single one

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?

no

9)Was your account involved in gold selling?

Aye sir. Created this account yesterday just for gold selling to a chinese goldseller. Something around 75k on several realms. Was just a vanilla account, so the loss isn't too big.

Okay. I don't really see a reason for this posting... You created a new account, transferred 75k in gold to it and then gave the gold to someone else and you think you weren't going to get banned?

Anyways, the reason this forum is setup here is for people to try and understand GB/HB bans. Not bans where common sense isn't even involved. Please.

deleted all toons. it's not the first ban because of this. had several after trading gold, but everytime i had a temp suspension before. that's the point

deleting a toon after trading gold off it has absolutely no effect on whether it gets banned or not.

a lot of people have said that it is safer to do it that way, and they have had luck with it - but the fact is, blizz logs all of that stuff. when the character is created, its name, the account its on, the activities it took part in, and then the fact that it was deleted. they log it all. and if someone is going back over and investigating, they can see all of it. how do you think they recover your toon if you accidently delete it, or if you are hacked? because they log everything.

Once you trade with an chinese it does not matter if you do that 1 time or 10 times that day, you most likely will be banned.

Why ? While chinese use 1 key to make 100 trades a day, they don't care.

Blizzard never bans the acc which took the gold in the end - the lvl 80 char, but if you trade away your gold you are a main target.

If you do it with your key once a day or each 2 days to real users, you will never get banned. Trade with chinese and there is nothing other to expect.
