perma banned last night

when they catch u? grinding, pvp-ing, farming something? or transfering golds on huge amounts?
 
Don't insinuate ban waves unless you see dozens of the same (proper) ban reports listed. Even then... mods/devs will announce if there's ever a ban wave and shut down HB if detection occurs.
 
i called them they said it is actually a 72 hour ban even though this doesnt say it. also my account pw was changed than i got email of account closure. so i think i got hacked. also i do not goldsell i was just grinding, all i use hb for is leveling.

They are always sending emails with a password change now so that IF your account was hacked and it wasn't you they have the reset link sent back to your email
 
Lots of these in the ban section over the years. Standard operating procedures. Unlikely you were hacked (unless you've been visiting a lot of gold selling sites) and likely you were reported or triggered some automated tracker by blizzard to warrant the suspension. Grinding is one of the common triggers recently it seems (yes there are exceptions trolls). They don't always get the suspension reason right, but they're usually pretty good about sending them to bots.

Blizzard does that. Usually followed by an email saying you need to make a new one. Lots of phishing sites use this tactic, so be on the look out for the email sent around same time but don't click any links in it. (check spam folder too)
 
it was definetly blizz that sent the pw changed email. since my pw was changed and their link helped me fix it. bliz changes your pw when they suspend you huh?

edit: no one knows the email attached to this game so i never get and scam emails. the only thing attached to my wow email is wow.
 
You were caught using a bot, soo they suspended you and sent the link for the password reset. However u won't be able to use the account until the suspension goes off. I suggest you not to use any bot/hack for some time after u get your account back, because they will probably be watching it.
