Perma ban after 72 hour ban

Keeping it short. I was banned 3 weeks ago for 72 hours for using bg buddy. I have not turned a bot on in 3 weeks and today I decide to move 80k gold to my 2nd account via face to face trade. Bad idea. Perma banned for selling gold to myself apparently. I have appealed but was shot down in 30 min. I have no idea where to go from here as far as getting it back goes. I'm not a gold seller but do use the bots for achieves,gear,exc. Less than 1 year using HB. Since 5.2 I've seen more bans than ever. I have 3 keys in which I will not be renewing. Thanks for the short run

The funny thing is no. Only the 1 account got banned. But that is the only activity i have had on this account in 3 weeks. 1 trade.
