Lol i said one time in a trade chat jeweish ashole got banned for 3 days best not to use the chat ever!!!
 
What plugins are you guys running? I used SHUTUP plugin for a whole 3min. The default answer was like Fuck off etc etc. I caught it instantly and said no no to that plugin. Shitty deafult answer was shitty. Maybe you had a plugin to answer whispers or something.
 
Call them, ask them and try to get it unban... nothing more. maybe you are lucky they unban, if not maybe they tell you the reason.
 
Then call or email them and you will get unbanned. Simply state you wernt advertising or spamming shit.
 
My girlfriend got banned for the same reason and she doesn't even bot. HB doesn't spam anything, the player or an addon does. So, either you have an addon that is spamming something, or your account was hacked and some gold sellers are using it to advertise their gold selling business...or someone reported the wrong person....or they gave you the wrong reason they banned you...could be anything, but it wasn't HB spamming.

You can change those replies to whatever you like.

Haha never say never ;) I got mine key's from offgamers aswell.. And I only blame them. But in fact I do not use any anti virus etc. I use my brain I do not download shit ^^ And then I bought the wrath key from a company called " RandyRun " Dont know either of them it was. But I bet it was the chinese guys.. A char named " jkgdk " ( Etc ) Was made on a realm.. The usual Gold seller names ^^ But ye. Perm ban is pretty strange? Just for Chat violation's. In fact blizzard should show you the proof and look up on IP's etc. Perm ban isent really something they should give you for chat violations. Gl on getting it back :)
 
Seems likely the OP just got reported for being stuck in the starting area for half an hour tbh
 
Im so sorry for all this inconvenience, it actually was some chinese assholes who spammed the trade channel... got it back now :)
