anyone running two 1080 or 1080ti and still notice a performance hit when running the bot? I'm debating on upgrading, I'm talking about dropping into the single digits in fps with a lot of stuff going on.

Performance issues are an inherent part of this game. People always complain about EB performance, but fail to understand the simple fact this game changes significantly every single expansion, and every single expansion, there's performance issues at first because GGG changes stuff.

Just read the PoE forums for the current performance issues, as I think it's safe to assume not all of them are running EB.

I have 1 1080 and I see the same problems playing legit that people complain about when botting, granted there's less of constant overhead from the bot not running, but that's not what people are complaining about in the first place.

I would not recommend upgrading to a 1080ti or 2x1080 hoping the game performs better and the bot will magically do better.

I know all about the performance hits with the bot and I accepted it, I was just curious if anyone ran two cards and had a better performance

Before upgrading GFX, check if it is indeed what is holding you back.

In my case, with EB, I am CPU bottlenecked.

there's nothing I can upgrade on my computer that would be better besides a video card. I was going to buy two of the Next Generation Nvidia cards when they come out I was just curious of other people's performance with high-end video cards. I know the way the bot performs is basically the way it is because of the game client, again I was just curious seeing how I was going to be buying two cards anyways.

It was just a suggestion, if you are not GPU bottlenecked, upgrading it will bring you nothing in performance (in poe + eb talking)

with poe + eb running just check your task manager, performance tab . . .

if gpu is at 100%, an upgrade will bring you something
if cpu is at 100% and gpu not, a gpu upgrade will bring you nothing . . .
if both at 100%, a gpu might help a bit, but not much . . .

I'm sorry we've gotten completely off-topic I know all of this again I was just curious as to what people who are running two of the cards that I listed were getting

Im running a 1080 with a i7 8700 processor with 16Gb of RAM

let me know if you need more detail

normal play got fps 80-100 (fullscreen 1920x1080) but when load eb fps drop to 30-12 (windows mode 800x600) idk what the problem.

i5 4T, GTX 660 Ti both load below 100%
