People still making money off this game?

I just sold a CD/socket Echoing Fury for $221. It was one of the highest DPS Furies with CD, socket, and strength. So yeah, sort of making money. But it's not like it used to be. Maybe PvP will bring more sales?

sounds like an item that would have netted you thousands just weeks ago.
 
Maybe still could have, you hve to put that kinda stuff up on dprogress and find the right buyer over time
 
made now nearly 1200? since last bannwave 17 bots.

in eu gold nearly always sell for 0.25 what gives me 0.18 profit, but also found a few n1 items (50-100? worth)


but also some items i thought they are worth just 5-6 euros sold for over 30(i usualy put them for bid in the RMAH if they are not that expensiv)
 
Yah, still have 6 items not listing on the AH. bug is definitely not fixed

I believe your definition of GROSS and NET are bassackwards.
 
is gold still selling? even at 0.25$ ? im thinking of coming back to botting after the last major banwave, but wanna make sure i can at least cover the cost of 2 new accounts tho..

Mine is sitting for 3 days 250m and they're not sellin. except for some items worth 3 to $9 dollars.

how do you even get 17 bots up to level 60 in any kinda reasonable time frame
 
I just don't know what I'm doin I guess :P. I tried the partybot plugin, and doin mp10 follow, but my toon I needed leveled just kept getting destroyed by aoe/nonsense like sucubuss missle attacks etc while trying to follow my monk around
 
haha same here- but i got a little brother which helps me out :)
 
its def slower than it was even last week and much much slower than before banwave. gold price got destroyed and thus items tanked.

there's still some money to be made... its just not as good as before. high hopes for duel patch to bring some upward movement in the markets as im getting kinda down myself. im not sure what they have planned to turn it around this time. there wont be new content for awhile still, if they add higher tier items a lot of the money spenders will rage and quit, and duels dont apease the masses like tdm would have. maybe player base is so low atm they cant afford a banwave lol ... i guess thats stretching for a brightside. its a long road till end of quarter and thats when i expect a change for the good at least for short term.

as far as gold goes.. ive sold about 3.5b in the last 9 days so im not really sure what you guys having trouble selling it are doing wrong but mine sells. i thought seriously about sitting on it until patch but as soon as i did my mules would get banned. 2 in the hand > 1 in the bush i guess.
 
Ebay-Auctions going for less then 0,11€/mil now.
 
Ya Blizz needs to stop laying off their developers and actually release some new content... Anything that would get people to start spending more time playing >_<

They should of waited till the 1.0.7 patch to announce oh by the way PVP has been canned for now were looking for something different after spending 12 months working on it...


On the other hand.. Don't much mind it going for .11/ebay... Easiest/Safest way to make 50% on your money.....

Do gem's even sell on the RMAH at the moment? radiant star's and such?

You still take the 28% cut with gems so no point unless u dont know how to sell gold
 
Unless you're talking about selling to an outside source at a cheaper rate to avoid blizz trans fee's, the gems sell for more than their equiv in gold. Likely not for much longer though, since gold isn't moving well on the rmah and ppl are gonna start converting and crashing the price.
