Pc Problem With Wow + HB

Hy i didnt find a right section for this question so pls move it if iam wrong

first i have to say that my english isnt good and i dont have that good pc experience
but now lets come to the problem i cant run more then 3 bots at the sametime and play a low graphic game
but my pc has 8gb ram and a 2 gb video card (radeon hd 6950)
i have reseted my pc(new windows 7 64bit) and have still the same issue the drivers are still refreshed and new installed.
The wow settings are the lowest and if you need any other informations pls ask me you can still add me on skype:spidertopspin

what seems to be the issue spidertopspin?

also some quick Fixes that might help with no extra info from you.

Right click on the honorbuddy.exe and run as admin
Disabling the UAC can also help.
Make sure you are running the 32 bit version of wow. ( when you load wow bottom left it should say x86 not x64 )

had it at 32bit and every setting on the lowest

Spidertopspin is running WoW in 32bit, DX9, lowest settings, and smallest size.
Anyone have tips to maximize performance?
