biggest joke in this thread. I found 2 IK belts on my paragon 9 barb in 2 days while my paragon 70 barb has found 2 set items the entire time I botted him.

Well I'm surprised. My neck is 120 STR, 6% ASPD, 49% Crit Damage and 5.5% Crit chance. It only cost 10 or 15m i believe.
