PB help with mailing

Hey there everyone! I know its late in the xpac but I'd like to once and for all get my mailing issues I have with Ben's profile fixed. On all of my characters they don't get mail like they should, accept for my Scribe. I'm not sure why because I didn't change any of the mail settings for each profession aside from who it goes to. Attached is my profile, in case you guys can find what I don't see. Also don't give me vague answers, you aren't helping anyone with them. Be clear, detailed, and serious please.

It needs atleast 13 normal bag spaces to get mail, do your other toons have normal bags with 13 slots?

I have 100 bag slots and all of them have over 50 slots open not to mention most of the characters bags I use for profs are empty since I dont raid on them much

Having same problem. Any ideas?
