it should hit ctrl+b ctrl+b then escape to close the mailbox, i?v noticed that this fails but rarely, i have no better way to close the mailbox then this, not hiting that b will make it go to settings menu some times.

try disabling "Close mailbox" in settings.

and at this point: thanks for the great profile!

i have some questions now.

1. im just wondering how the value for creating enchants/flasks/etc... works
for example, if i type in "5" for "pandaren's step" and "5" for "glorious stats" and "2" for "windsong" ...what exactly is the bot doing and in which order?

2. next question is: what is the entry "calculate needed flasks" doing?

3. one more question: which actions are incluced in 1 "cycle"?

4. and the last question: why isnt there an option to send "crane wing" enchants to my alt? (or am i just blind?)


5. /edit very last question :) :how does the mysterious essence and spirit dust percentage work? -i always get confusing results...
and is there a selfmade fix for professionbuddy to solve the disenchant-problem?

6. /edit2 and does the profile work in other cities?

7. /edit3 is there a way to tell the profile not to use serpent's eye recipes which contain rare gems? it should just use the recipes with common gems..

A: It should craft 5 in total during the entire session, not sure if start/stop will reset, i think you need to restart hb completly and it will craft 5 more unless there already is 5 in bags.
There might be errors here, i?v noticed just 2 weeks ago i had 4 flasks at the wrong craft so it did register the wrong flask.

2. next question is: what is the entry "calculate needed flasks" doing?

It will compare your settings, if you have set it to craft xx flasks then it will take the number xx and remove the number xx already in bags and go and buy that amount off flasks (minimum 20), the same goes for all professions.

3. one more question: which actions are incluced in 1 "cycle"?

All actions in a sertain order, then it restarts, a new cycle starts, after 3 cycles it will wait a moment, this is so it wont keep running AH mailbox AH over and over.

you set it to some % if the percent in total is not 100 for example you have 50% 40% then Ethereal shards (spelling name) will be 10%, you can never set it above 100% for example 51% 50 it wont work,
It then starts to convert spirit dust and will stop once it gets to that percent or lower, it takes 5 dust at a time the less mats in the bags the more the % will be wrong.
It can never raise the amount just lower it.

Yes, not sure if all functions work, but AH, mailbox vendor and so on should work in all cities, possible i didn?t add a forge in Silvermoon as it is outside i think.

By default it wont craft anything, it will only use rare gems if you set it to craft rare gems or "Craft with serpents eye" is activated, there is an option for that, if there is a problem i need a log.

I don?t se an error, just that it is not set to craft or do anything in the settings.
 
Just checked that and it is in fact set, But no matter I reloaded wow and HB now it works. No idea why I needed to look at the setting but it works now. Thank you.

Maybe PB did an update, some times when you start HB and PB it autoupdates, then you can se in the log "Professionbuddy updated, you need to restart bla bla bla".

but i didnt get the enchanting thing...


there is the first line:
Ench: Mysterious Essence Percent (Tooltip: "Myst Essence to Shard Shuffle in %") : X

and then
Ench: Spirit Dust Percentage (Tooltip: "Spirit Dust to Myst Essence in %"): X


Can u tell me, what happens, if i set the first value to 10 and the second value to 80 having 100 spirit dust in my bag?
How many of each enchanting-mat will i have in the end?



/edit: what about the disenchanting bug? is there a way to fix "not a valid target" bug in professionbuddy?

and is there a way to differ the gems beeing sent to my alts?
i just want to send vermillion onyx, wild jade and imperial amethyst from my jewelcrafter to my alchemist but not the red, yellow and blue ones.

i tried a plugin called "mailman" but it doesnt work for me :/


/edit2: sometimes my jewelcrafter gets stuck when trying to disenchant items but there are no items left. it just stands around while honorbuddy shows the "% essence, shard, dust" dialogue in the log. but there are still ores to prospect left in the guild bank.
it also stucks sometimes by using the jewelcrafting research ...it doesnt pick the items out of the loot window.

It can never be 100% correct, but it will craft till you have 10% or less spirit dust, this say if you have 11% then you convert spirit dust to Me ic can in just one convertion go to 6% but it should then stop, the more mats you have the more right it get.
The % is off the total mats currently in bag, so after every convertion it will recalculate how many mats in bags total then get the %.

No, it tries to disenchant an item already disenchanter but not yet gone from the bags.

Use the "Mail Gems to alchemist" option it will mail those 3 rare gems needed for transmuting.

You have "Auto Loot" set in wow? if you do it seems to be a wow bug.
 
What way should i go now? crafting shoulder enchants is no longer profitable as much as it used to be, alchemy might still give some profit.

Jewelcrafting i think is unchanged.

It is yea, JC is fine.

Also, any chance you can make an option to mail the rare necks/rings that proc when you are making uncommon necks/ring?
They sell pretty decently on many servers. Not worth vendoring those.

please add glyph-making to your profile
and add mailing for greater crane wing enchants :).

another idea, dont know if its possible to implement:
add an option for not using 100% of the herbs/ores in the bank/gbank for shuffling.
would be quite good to hold 10-20% of the herbs/ores to sell them directly.



and please fix exodar/darnassus mailbox pathing :) -i often get errors "mailbox not found" or something like that.

It should be able to mail greater cranewing.
Malbox pathing should be fixed in latest version, i have not seen it in a while, and the problem was that exodar belongs to the outland continent. but there might be another issue.

Making off glyphs? why not, but there is so many off them.

Splitting mats in % is not impossible but hard, had my thoughts about it, but for now i wont be working on this profile for a while, i have other projekts atm.

why is your profile using rare gems for the serpent's eye crafts instead of the uncommon gems? -using uncommon gems would be much more efficient i think..

>> No to much work for so minor issue, set less items to be crafted if you have mats problem, if it get new mats from the mailbox it will continue where it stoped.

>>The uncommon gems are used for other crafting, this was just a way to use up the serpents eyes, also to get some blues to DE. It wont use the blue ones for transmuting if you have an alchemist.
