[PB] [A] Mining + Engineering fully automated

Both of you download the newest version, I added that to the HB logging earlier.
Plus I fixed the bugs where it farms infinitely.

Read the changelog before posting guys :P
 
i've just passed outlands, and found that i needed 620 feliron and 600 adamanite, but when you have that make sure you train engineering, cous i think you need to make 340-350 your self, else it will make fel iron bombs, but it turns grey at 340 :)

620 bars or ores? :P I had to train engineering 300 on my own.

btw, I already updated to the latest version, Inrego. :)

is there any way to make it retrieve farmed items from the guild bank?

Not yet. So far you can only have it retrieve items that it would normally buy from AH from personal bank. Although I'm planning on implementing an option to retrieve all items from personal/guild bank some time. (depending on who many is requesting this/who many donations I get :P)

Doesn't is say if it's bars or ores in the log? Besides.. before 300 - 1 ore = 1 bar so it's the same?

yes, but we were talking about the outland part, where there's two ore for one bar. atleast I was talking about outland haha :P

Seems to just keep farming Tin Ore. I have 230 tin ores in my bag and I let it run til it trained at 150. I have both updates of PB and this profile. Any help here. Attaching log also. I manually stopped bot after it was going back to mine again.

Hmm.. Seems like the version I uploaded haven't gotten my updates. I think I'm gonna switch back from that .package - I don't like it. I've changed back to .xml but this means there are 3 files you need to put in the profiles folder (actually doesn't matter where you put them as long as they're all in the same folder).

Thanks for posting log (unlike others) - it helped figure this out.

Oh, and now that I had to re-upload you also got my latest changes with the start of adding Horde. Do not mistake this to be a horde version, horde doesn't work at all yet, but it's a start.

I tried to start it where I left off but it still tried to go to STV and farm more tin ore. I decided to just start fresh and see if it would work that way. If it doesnt then I will add another log and let you know what is going on.

How many copper ores should it farm up? It didnt say in the Log on HB.
 
Hmm.. It shouldn't matter if you started over or not. So I guess I'll have an extended look into the problem. Also, if you could provide a new log when you get to that part, it'd be great!
 
So like I said I started it over. It didnt do anything with engineering after it harvested all the copper. I did it manually. It then went to go mins tin again. Here is the following log. After it mined the in tin it tried to train into smelting iron. I was not high enough lvl.

I can not find the log after it smelted copper ore.

Did you by any chance have iron ores in your bags? The profile doesn't check if your skill is high enough before trying to smelt ores, because if you're high enough to mine them, you're high enough to smelt them. Also, when starting over if you didn't sell everything from your bags before starting again, I'm not sure if some bugs could happen.
 
So when does this thing stop mining copper and start making stuff or going to mine other things? My mining is now 100 and I've got 502 copper ore in my bag. That seems a big excessive!

Edit: 573 Copper ore and still going strong!

Edit 2: 641 Copper ore.. my bags are almost full. Is this normal??

Would really love to try this out on Horde, but by the looks of the responses, looks like a great profile. Hope to see a Horde one in the future.

Nope, that is def. not normal. Gonna have a look at why, someone else reported the same problem.
 
I getting this error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when i try to start the profile after i have loaded it with GB2..
I have all the three files in the same folder, i have tryed to load other profiles and it works.
I also trained Mining and Engineering by my self and tryed, but still dosent work.
What shall I do ? :(
 
You need to use ProfessionBuddy..

On another note. I just now have my next char rdy to test so I can figure out those endless farming bugs. Will be back soon!
EDIT: Ok I've experienced the bug now. But after doing one change and undoing that, I can't reproduce. I'm gonna come up with something else that shouldn't cause these bugs, but it'll take a while to make it I think.
