I received from november till now the amount of 1800-1900 euro from Blizzard on my paypal acc , now my question is...do i have to tell my gouverment about this money? i withdraw all money on my credit card and spent all , do i have to pay taxes for this money? i live in Romania..do any1 encounter this problem?

I'm self employed and mark it down as either private ebay sells or gambling wins. Not sure about Romania, but in my country you pay no tax on winnings anyway.. I doubt your ever get audited for Paypal funds..

You will if the numbers are high enough.
I know in my country (The Netherlands) I am alloud to get arround 13.000 euros a year without getting any trouble as a 18 year old boy.
If I get above 13.000 euros a year than I have to pay taxes for it. If I dont the goverment will hunt me down lol.
Also, Im getting money from the goverment to study. If I make more than 13.000 euros a year they will cancel the money to study and I have to pay everything by myself :)

In Germany you don't have to at least according to a few articles.

This is so wrong mate. Blizzard is a company. Paypal is a company. Blizzard dont have much informations about you and cant do any steps. But paypal can and will do!

how the hell are they going to find out. You have to report earings, who are they to say that the money blizzard sent you is an earning and not paying back your initial investment still

Paypal reports earning at a certain limit (x amount of transactions and x amount of money). They automatically report differently based on country and tax laws ;P.

They can go fuck themselves. The government is so incompetent. You think they are going to figure out I made an extra 2 or 3k in a year? lol

Yes they will. Its and automatic system. And no maby 1-3k wont be a problem (depending on where you live) but 5k+ will be a problem, trust me ;)

Every Botter here has to pay taxes (after free-taxes) depends to your county. If you dont, its illegal and earlier or later you will get nice letters ;) Paypal has all informations about you and they will auto-inform. Dont be so stupid it wont hit you because you are superman or whatever... Also, hold in mind: If you are not 18 and you or your parents gets money or you or your parents gets money from your country, you have to tell them that you have an income. If you dont, you have to pay back EVERYTHING and you will lose every right to get more of that money!

Botting can be a game. But earning money is NOT a game!

HMRC can suck a phallic object before they stick their fingers in my sack of gold.

Isn't Romanian income tax only like 16%?
If you are paranoid about it, pay the $300 euros so you can sleep at night.
If you're starving and need food, about to get evicted, or have huge balls and disregard for your countries well being, then don't.

16% is very, VERY low...

Yea, blizzard takes 15%, paypal takes 15% + transfer fees, tax takes 16%, hey why not give the remaining to charity. :D

but how do you receive money from blizzard to paypal? i watched at a transaction but they dotn specify if they sent as a gift or as a service , any1 know? if my IRS tells me : u received money from blizzard , i cant say: oh well i didnt practically sold real things ,was just virtual...or something like that.?

Your basically running a self employed business.. Not sure about other countries but for the US PayPal reports earnings to the IRS where you will need to file a 1099 when doing your taxes...

If you don't you just risk the chance of being fined in the event you are audited... On the other side of things... If you know how to file a 1099 its a non issue... Since your adjusted income after deductions will be 0....
