paypal issue

When I want to buy anything atm from the Blizzard store, paypal asks for a credit card.

- It's a verified paypal, connected and approved with my bank account.
- It has enough funds.
- Started recently.

Paypal says it's an issue at blizzard side and blizzard says it's an issue at paypal side - they are both chickens without a head trying to blame eachother.
Why the heck is this ? anyone had this before ?


( I have no credit and do not have any intention of getting one, hence the use of paypal - that's kinda the point of the whole thing )

How does that help me? it already has plenty enough funds on it. If you are asking if it's possible - yea, I've done it many times before.

oh, i thought it had an issue pulling funds from bank acct into paypal acct and then to pay blizz via paypal.

Is it possible to borrow a friend credit card to enter in ? or does the names have to match ? Don't want to ruin his card and my paypal by doing so.

another option is neteller or the skrill prepaid mastercard ? maybeso ?
