I believe this is chargeback related, if it wasn't then we sould have dozens of threads like this, i mean after so many botters getting banned i believe this is the one that was charging back and doing other "fishy" activities.

I did chargeback last month when they banned my account, then i purchase D3 for 59.99 from Blizzard and my paypal is automatically linked.
