Payment which I am unsure about.

Hi there,

I am not sure if I'm posting this in the right place but my account has been charged and I'm not sure if it's due to a payment related to my account.

The Payment comes up as "G2S.COM NICOSIA CY" - I do not know this company (after a quick google), I could not identify them but wondered if they were anything to do with yourselves.

I would very much appreciate some help.

Edit: I had noticed that your payments are G2S payments but the fact it doesn't say I've actually paid for any rotation/item from your store makes me think the company has directly charged me for something I have not brought?

Indeed, Gate2Shop (and they identify themselves as G2S on invoices) is our payment clearinghouse. You might see if the charge matches up with anything you may have purchased recently... additional keys, offerings from the Buddy Store, etc.

The forums cannot help you in this matter, as we do not have access to user account information, or the tools to investigate. Instead, you should contact the Bossland front office at [email protected] regarding this matter.
