Payment Problem

Tried signing up for the 30 day session. Filled out the billing information, and when it was complete, just sent me to the Ryftomate home page.

No email was sent and my credit card was not processed.

You had a lot of canceled payments while tried to pay with CC , PayPal and Webmoney, keep in mind that WebMoney is an semi-instant payment option, it might take till tomorrow - russian time till it gets approved by Webmoney.

Both tries were canceled. Please look if you have a pop-up blocker as if you try to buy with CC you will get an extra window opened 3D Secure by Visa / Mastercard.

i know theres a lot of payment, i try first with webmoney, but this billing engine dont proceeds payment less than 10 eur from WM, now i try with cc with opera, chrome and ie, with disabled popups,and after proceeding page it get me back to homepage

t seems there is an problem with Creditcards, and will last till monday, as the 3D Secure page does not load.

Problem is forwarded to G2Shop but its Sunday.

Its althou strange as we do not have this kind of issue with Honorbuddy, there CC payments are fine.

The problem has been fixed.

The city was not mandatory on the payment page and most of the user did not entered their city and the transactions were failed due to missing city.

i auctually filled out the info 2 times and proceeded, dno if you got my payment sent an email aswell. i might have paid 2 times or it might have been cancelled for some unknown reason
