Payment Issues?

Last FEW times I remember having to spam the purchase screen until the payment finally cleared... Everything is fine on my end each time and this time I am finally writing about it. There isn't live support so emailing back and forth always happens and in the middle of this my payment will finally go through.. Normally takes about three hours up to three days. Is there a reason for this? Is buddy auth having problems?

So I got my order through wanna know how? Since your pay through card field is busted!
After two hours of checking up on the payment thingy and seeing it still not work (even linking my card to paypal and doing things like that and this is a greendot card)

I had to create a new account for paypal,
link it to my twitch account,
research how much paypal takes out per transaction,
log into twitch, authorize do all that and link my card to a different paypal,
Since your not allowed to send money to yourself basically.
send the money through a streamer tip and then purchase it that way.
Also I made the payment from my paypal account not the card.

Annoyed but found a loophole for anyone with my problem.....
