Payment issue

Hi there. I'm a new on this forum. I have a problem about charging my VISA card every week since may for GTS Nicosia. The every charge is about $19.25. I was tried to find out who is doing that and why my card is charging, because I have no idea about your paymenat provider. I know only that Nicosia is the city on Ciprus island. I never had a deal with anyone from over there. Can you help me resolve this problem and hav my money back?
