payment issue and no help

hi, i used the free trial of honorbuddy, the next day i bought another key, the payment went through according to my bank, although i have no key, and when i call the contact number, whatever option i choose i get the same guy! thats if he actually anwers at all, for the majority he answers and hangs the phone up, or cuts the call off.
Can anyone offer some advice for me? they were pretty quick to take my money, but seemingly dont want to help resolve this

What number were you calling?
You didnt call Bossland at home and even better, while it was still night or looking at it now, Weekend.

the number was a uk number, and no, not a home number but il try the link you suggest , thanks

Mind telling us where you got that number from?

I think it wasn't a number associated with Honorbuddy.
If it was the G2S Shop Number, they can't help.

That would be like calling paypal and wanting them to send you the stuff you bought on ebay.
