I am in no way one of those people who tries to get something for nothing, or doesn't understand that it does, in fact, take time to patch. My question, or rather assumption, is this. Wouldn't it be a fair thing to offer to those of us who purchase 30 day keys a few extra days added on to make up for down time? It's not an impatience issue, it's just a fair compensation issue. Again, I have no issues with it taking days to figure out bugs and work them out accordingly. It's hard, and appreciated work. Merely that the service is unavailable for that time, time paid for, and the purchased days count down regardless. I'm not after a refund, but wouldn't tacking on the days lost be a fair thing to offer?
