I am in no way one of those people who tries to get something for nothing, or doesn't understand that it does, in fact, take time to patch. My question, or rather assumption, is this. Wouldn't it be a fair thing to offer to those of us who purchase 30 day keys a few extra days added on to make up for down time? It's not an impatience issue, it's just a fair compensation issue. Again, I have no issues with it taking days to figure out bugs and work them out accordingly. It's hard, and appreciated work. Merely that the service is unavailable for that time, time paid for, and the purchased days count down regardless. I'm not after a refund, but wouldn't tacking on the days lost be a fair thing to offer?

If you have a Trial Key, and you cannot use it during this time...
When a stable build is released, send your key, and the email address you used to purchase it to the BosslandGmbH front office ([email protected]), and they will be glad to extend the key's time for you. Most of the time, the BosslandGmbH front office does this automatically, but it never hurts to ask.
If you purchased a Trial Key, and have yet to use it...
The clock does not start ticking until 'first use'. So, you are already golden.
