Paying for Grind Plugin

I want a plugin that has the following requirements:

I can give it a GPS path names path.db3
It will kill any mobs nearby along path
It will Randomize skill useage
It will auto detect skills

It will find it's own mobs area and farm there, then move to another area when all monsters are dead
It will find mobs + or - 5 lvls
