Payed for honorbuddy not workin

I paid for 1day honorbuddy to try it out go to login put my user name then the code i got in the email what it said to use and it says Invalid account details authentication failed! Please help

you use the key as the username with no password to log into the bot.

Also look to have no space after the Key "ABCDEFGXXX_" wrong // "ABCDEFGXXX" right
