Pauses while leveling

I'm leveling my warrior from 70-80 currently level 74 and every now and then it keeps freezing saying downloading mesh, this is really annoying the bot will eventually continue 10 mins later, sometimes it just stops completely, how can i fix this?

i'm also getting Moving to Type: QuestPickUp
No data for Northrend_35_27.etm
No data for Northrend_37_25.etm

i do let it download but its pausing every 5 minutes something isn't right, 70-74 was constant questing now its just pausing all the time...
