Pause or shut down bot

Whats the best way to shut down the bot...and is there a pause key.

Ive been looking and using the search button...cant find a good guide on keys available while bot is running.

I noticed these lines in my logs, I presume they are default to StormBuddy:

2015-11-12 14:36:02,187 [1] DEBUG Hotkeys - Registered hotkey START_STOP_BOT to Alt, Control + X
2015-11-12 14:36:02,187 [1] DEBUG Hotkeys - Registered hotkey DEBUG_MOUSE_INPUT to Alt, Control + M

ALT + CTRL X is confirmed working, and will STOP / START the bot (effectively pause the Bot).

I tested ALT + CTRL M but couldn't see exactly what it did.
