as the title says.
I am on European server.
why can't find the navigation server?

Besides seems the bot can't find its way in the rift.

France, now I've switched North America server and it is ok now.

are using a VPN or any other internet service tool ?

I use as default NA navigation server and all my bots havt find it , i use one ip and no tool for it , so both EU and NA have problems ? maybe time ti test Asia server till you fix it

we have no issues on our servers,any firewall enabled?

also you can try to power cycle your router and/or try google dns

Getting the same issues also, no firewall enabled. Power cycled my router also and PC. Any updates?

Same issue and Have done all the above plus uninstall install db going to sleep now too many hours trying to get it working
