...soooo, now I'm having:
- Clean Demonbuddy and D3 Install
- Europe Region
- Newest Trinity
- also tried on my Laptop with all of the above

Nope. Got 100MBits without limit and my Computer is directly connected via LAN. The Laptop I tested it on, is connected via Wifi. Both don't seem to work.
Also visited my parents today and brought my laptop: The same thing there.
