I understand what you mean here. He has a point guys and 1 month is 1 month. It doesn't say anywhere on T&C "This includes downtime". But I just got Lifetime and don't worry about it. I know some people dont or cant dish the cash for it but imagine all the cash you will be saving in the long run if your a gold buyer Take a positive look at it. Try asking a admin privately because these guys will just flame you. However this is a good community these rascals can get carried away sometimes like any other public forum can.

Amazing logic. You buy a car, you pay montly. Car breaks down, you still pay monthly. Try going to the guy that loaned you the money for the car and say "hey, my cars broke, I want credit for X days please".

You don't seem to understand what I'm complaining about. I don't care that's going down for a week, in fact I'm GLAD it is. It'll give them time to fix the damn thing. However, I am pissed that I have to pay for that week that I can't use the bot.

My dear little friend, from expenience you shouldnt start botting before a week have passed anyways after a new patch incase of on server side updates. So consider those 7 days as a security feature for yourself so your account dont get banned by forseen circumstances. Instead of whining constantly about how it ruins your life, start a hobby! collect stamps for god sake! And go to a girl you like and say "hey, wanna come home with me and look at my stamps?" Its a killer line! Go for it! Take a break from wow, wow isnt real life. Make babies!

Blizzard has a ToS - which in some ways is not actually allowed by law. We do not have any ToS - why should we, all we care about is to be within the law.

If someone wishes an 100 % uptime & personal support during blizzard maintenance, maybe its time to make 5.000 EUR / month subscriptions for that option.

In any other way - let the team work. Earlier as WOW was released and it had only few users, Blizzard gave really fast and unproblematic free days out. Even if you had only an LVL1 on that server, which was 3 additional hours in maintenance - you got a free day.

But since a log time blizzard does not do that anymore, as each day is an loss of millions of $.
I also have not heared of any WOW Bots which actually replace your downtime - which was caused by blizzard. But i hope you can tell me few here.

Beast thing what Bossland can do is make express release HB with most botted class as HUNTER, DK, PALA and WLOCK. All other class can wait :]

Plain and simple unreasonable - you pay for 352 days for a bot which is actually cheap in comparison to other bots that dont have half the functionality and you complain about a bit of downtime which is required so you dont get your complaining ass banned... seriously, just quit dude.. you never were ahead, you never were right.. it's a pointless thread, learn to play your classes a little now there is going to be bot downtime and with all the class changes, hand level your character as scary as that might seem.. but you know a week is nothing in the grand scheme of things and to be honest, feel lucky it's only a week

Does Blizzard add time to your paid account when there down 4 days a month on a normal basis ?
Do they inform you of this downtime prior to creating your account ? I see no disclaimer on there package that reads every tuesday servers are down for maint. Nor will they refund you the 2 days there about to take on this patch.

So why would you expect more from the Gb/Hb team ?

They dont suspend my bill, but they give me a car to ride meanwhile, they compensate me.

I dont agree with people blaming about 7 days of wait time or w/e time we need to wait, but I agree that people who pay for 30 days of usage and only being able to use 23 of it, they paid for 100% and they can only get 76% of their product.

The official answer to this is that there will not be 7 free days added. I know its not the answer most of you want to hear, but the downtime is required to get the product working again and is due to WoW changing. If you have further issues or want to bring it up with the boss, PM Bossland.
