I doubt they'll go all 7 anyway. I just wish someone could give me a straight answer on whether or not I'll have to PAY for those 7 days.

If you mean do you have to pay for the 7 days that HB, GB is down? Your answer is yes it still counts towards your month or whatever you bought.

And I think that's bullshit. If I'm paying to use the program I shouldn't have to pay for when I can't use it. I could understand if it was a day or two but an entire week is going a little far.

I'm patient. I'm just worried that since Blizz staff is no longer kept busy by patches and Cata, they'll work on bots.

Actually, it is. If the product is unusable for a certain period of time, stick some extra time onto the end of the user's subscription. It's a pretty common business practice to give the customer what they paid for...
 
Again you seem to not understand that it is not easy to just replace code with new one and hope it doesn't cause any bugs. I want a stable release and not another bugged one. go QQ some where else you have to miss 1 week of botting.

You don't seem to understand what I'm complaining about. I don't care that's going down for a week, in fact I'm GLAD it is. It'll give them time to fix the damn thing. However, I am pissed that I have to pay for that week that I can't use the bot.

i can see your point, you wouldn't rent a car for a month, pay for the full month, but only get it 3 weeks of using it.

Again im not to picky when it's 1 EUR we're talking about each week :P
 
So true, if you're worried about not getting every single second you've paid for, then buy a lifetime account. Also, you have to have known that this was going to happen with patch 4.1. To be honest I just figured that HB and GB would be down indefinitely until Bossland & Co had an update ready after the release of Cataclysm. So personally I'm stoked it’s only going to be a week.

All in all, the programs are down after tonight, and you're not getting a refund. Deal with it…
 
cant believe peeps complain about downtime, when blizzard does this every week how many days does that add up to, deal with it, love and peace and all that
 
support the coders, buy lifetime, personally i bought it so i didn't have to grind shit, it does that and more.

well, i would very much wanted to say that, but meh... we can't help if its down for maintenance/upgrade... but surely i'll not be happy if its down because human-behavior such as lazy or etc etc...

I understand what you mean here. He has a point guys and 1 month is 1 month. It doesn't say anywhere on T&C "This includes downtime". But I just got Lifetime and don't worry about it. I know some people dont or cant dish the cash for it but imagine all the cash you will be saving in the long run if your a gold buyer :) Take a positive look at it. Try asking a admin privately because these guys will just flame you. However this is a good community these rascals can get carried away sometimes like any other public forum can.

i guess the GB/HB owner need to revise their T&C to include "downtime" into their product huh, maybe i too need to contact Blizzard asking back for all the "downtime" due to maintenance...
ohya, i wont get my time back from blizzard because i remember reading it somewhere in their T&C about downtime~ lol
