Take my advise , stop bot 24/7 . i learn my lesson form patch 2.1 . i lost my accout too during 2.1 patch .

Unless my knowledge is incorrect, wouldn't your account be flagged and it'd be too late anyway?

Do people who bot 24/7 do it until a week before the patch and then start up as soon as the patch rolls out?

If that truly makes a difference in bans i'd be super surprised, but once again, I don't know a whole lot about botting in this game.

no one know how blizzards ban the botter but when u get caught bot 24/7 on the patch day . u are surely will get ban it dosent matter your acct is flagged or not

Do you guys think if I bot around 12-14 hours a day when Season 2 starts, I'll have a low chance of getting banned?

if this last season is any indication, you can bot 24/7 after season starts. We'll see how many of the 24/7 botters banned in this next week or so, but there haven't ban any bans midseason, as far as i know.
 
Been botting 24/7 literally nonstop since ~2 weeks prior to exp bonus holiday buff. Still takes me roughly 9hrs of botting per paragon level. Been running with boon/goldwrap t6 rift bot full exploration(I was doing rift bot explore, but because kadala plugin is bugged, this is less shards so less gambling but more exp and almost as many legs if you count the loss of gambling, went from 19lph with shards to 14lph just straight rift bot full profile).

Never thought I would run out of key fragments, but came close a few times. So far I have been able to bot 24/7 once again the last few weeks since changing it up to gamble less. But need some updated features in DB, like ignoring trial keystones...I once had 5000 fragments, now I have maybe 4000 trial keys that only stack to 100 and would very much like to STOP picking them up but as long as they are legendary I don't know what else can be done. In 2.1.2 hopefully a itemrules can filter them out if they come non leg. On that note I have been rather lucky as far as botting and bans I always seem to stop botting ie getting burned out of the game in advance before a patch or ban waves hit remaining untouched. However I am nearly para 900 so I am going to push those last few days if this upcoming tuesday is in fact 2.1.2.

All I can say is, praise jesus for 5k material stacks! Can't wait to free up all my inventory room, my mules, my level 70s with inventory full of mats that i don't play anymore etc.

They are raising the amount of materials per stack in next patch? That'd be nice.

ARMORY -plugin gambles from kadala.

Im having BIG issues with Trinity and hoping it gets an updated as it most likely will need to be after the D3 patch hits.

As for bans. Facts: Blizz collects "simple" logs of what you do, INGAME.
So basicly if you ran Chom 982 times on a row...
Or did you just identify 3 stash-pages of leges and salvaged all...
Have you been running rifts for the last 2 weeks without sleep...
That may be a "bit" odd and they might watch you. You wont see when or if they are watching.
Words from an ex Blizzard employee.

Considoring D3 has no "economy" and their interest is in laddered games, if you BOT non-ladder solo and play with friends legit, "why would they care?" cause its literaly not hurting anyone. No-one got banned from hacks / bots in D2 "public" games.
Lots of bans have happened botting ladder since its "competitive" and in that, bots give an unfair advantage.
 
The main thing I agree with is botting freshly on new seasons, They will indeed pick you off if you level too quick whether its by visually looking at you play and what you do, or just detecting a bot like pattern with or without detecting demonbuddy. They want to keep cheaters off the ladder ranking system thats all, They have almost no care in the world for non season botters.
 
play it simple and smart, quest bot to level char to about 40, then quest bot master until you get to 70, then chest run for gear for a few days, then start doing rifts n shizz :D

gone are the days of running ghom endlessly when you can Rift or FOM for exp just as quickly :D

still waiting to find out about how people are abusing mathael as it ain't just by killing boss on t6 thats for sure! (another thing under the radar like the rift key incident)
 
i ben botting sens vanilla to 24/7 and i never stop the bot not even for patch and i still have my account so donow what you guys ar on abaut
