had to request a pass change like 10 effing times just to get an email, then i had to request them even more cause when I got the email it'd give me a link to receive another email, which is my temporary password (that was a hassle too).
so now after all is said and done and i actually finally changed it, it's still not changed. i don't remember what it was before, but it's still saying my account details are wrong despite changing the pw like an hr ago..........
