Partybot just stands around

I'm not sure if I'm doing this right but I have two Pallys, both level 67. I have them grouped, with the second Pally using HB. I fire up Partybot, it loads, then when I start fighting with my first Pally who is the group lead the second that I have put on Partybot just stands there. Is there something else I need to do to get this guy to fight/heal other than just stand there? Am running the current HB build. I noticed that it stays on "Initializing Flight Paths" under the activity part of the window also.

did you enable the plugin on the main?

You need to enable the leaderplugin on the one you want the partybot to assist.

I guess I'm comfused on how Partybot works. I didn'y have a session playing on the first one since I was playing by hand. Does this only work if both are using HB to play hands free? If so, what setting do I need to turn on on the first Pally, the Partybot also or the Leader plugin? I appolgize if I am sounding ignorant. I thought that I could hand play one while the other just helped out.
