[Party Plugin] SimpleFollow - Multi-Bot Party Plugin

is Demonbuddy BETA .196+ required for this to work properly or will the current non-beta version work?
 
If I attempt to disable Trinity for the leader, then DB crashes. I'd like to play the roll of the leader (blank combat routine works), but it won't even let me do it without having Trinity on and function, so that I'm essentially competing with Triniity's commands. If there is not a way to use this plugin without Trinity, is there away to simply disable all of Trinity's functions with it being on?

I'm running 3 individual P100 monk bots (monk cannon build) atm and I'm thinking about teaming them up.
Is it worth buying and skilling one to be teh tanky leader and have the other 2 follow him around or should I just replace one with a fresh Barb to be the leader instead?

Any suggestions?

might be better off having a tanky monk lead and 2x barbs that follow: if your barb is the leader he will leave your monks in the dust because of wotb movement speed buff as well as sprint.

Hola, We have this working via internet and the only issue we encounter is the leader gets a network connection issue on occasion. This problem has followed the leader to all the pc's that host the leader role. Perhaps too much network traffic to that port causing it to disconnect. I will try to track that traffic but meanwhile is this a known issue? Thanks
 
Is it possible to run the leader manually. So i only need that the bots follow me, but i want to play the leader by myself.
 
Very nice plugin! I really appreciate it.

I run 3 installs with it. 1 leader and 2 follower, 3 boom sorcs total. Do you think I should mix it up with monk / barb? Isn't it noticeable that all chars are running the same exact coordiantes?
 
When the Follower Bot is being attacked by mobs he will kill them and only then will follow the Leader while Leader is miles away from him, any idea?

Also, Im running In a Rush Dahglur Oasis, when he finishes the run the leader enters a 'cave' and goes back to town and restart game but the bot wont follow him inside the cave and instead die outside?

Any suggested profile for 3 barbs? Ignore elites or not?

How does this work, if you use the plugin with 2 computers that not connected thru local ip?
So far I tried as "leader" to replace the folder Simplefollow with localhost:PORT to myip:port but it doenst work
 
How would I edit the Simplefollow profile to force a town run every game upon entering? Also, I have noticed that when one of the follow bots does a town run on his own, he always takes his own portal back regardless of where the leader is (the leader bot will virtually never be where the follower's portal was after doing a town run). The follow bot just ports back to town again and then banners. Can you make it so the followers always banner to the leader instead of taking their own portal? I can't think of any situation where a follow bot should take his own portal.
 
heyy rixx Yo if the follows hit the town WP before they hit their banners, then everytime someone dies they'll just release and be on the town's WP ----> right next to banners. thanks for the plugin
 
Hello,

I would like to know if it's possible to use this plugin on a low character who follow my main one that i play myself! Only for PowerLeveling.
Because i tried it and i got this error!

[SimpleFollow] ERROR: Could not get an update from the leader using http://localhost:10920/Follow. Is the leader running?

The bot accept my invitation in the party! and ingame nothing more due to this error !

Hey guys, I love the plugin and running a group of 4 Barbs and playing the leaderoin my own.

I am now wondering which Barbar build works best for the follower bots with the latest version of Trinity? Some advice on that would be very helpful. Also a few hints on the Trinity settings would be cool.

Hey, when I try to run this through R-YAR, my leader keeps going to the SimpleFollow profile, even though I have it set to the profile I want to run. Anyone can give me some help?

Make sure you have "Generate new profile every time" selected.
Put the SimpleFollow profile in a different directory/folder than the "real" profile.
Start the leader bot first

Make sure the bots aren't started in rapid succession.
