I can confirm that this works with adventure on trinity 2.+. But its wierd because simplefollow make the "slaves" go to act 5 town, while the leader is in act 1 town because of adventure.
Any way to fix this?
It still works though and been running for about an hour with no problems.

Semi - offtopic question...is there any plugin which provides a similar use...but I don't need to run the bot on the leader? Like I want to ma nually play my character and have a heal monk just auto follow me around casting cyclones and shit. I'm guessing the way this works is the party bot sends information to the follower bots, so I'm not sure if I can use this plugin for the purpose Im looking for?
Perhaps if I just ran the leader bot with no combat routine and just enabeld the plugin?
This is exactly what I use this plugin for and it works perfectly. You need to configure a few things though. This is how I got things running off the top of my head (I play my main by hand and have 2 bots following me):
- Download latest DB beta (obviously!)
- Download Simplefollow plugin, extract and put in the DB Plugins folder
- Delete the +Trinity folder that will already be in the Plugins folder and replace it with the version from here:https://www.thebuddyforum.com/demon...inity-3-0-6-24-2-13-0-questtools-3-5-4-a.html
For the Leader bot you need to do this:
- Use the TrinityNoCombatNoLoot.xml profile found here: https://www.thebuddyforum.com/demon...32380-trinity-compatible-combat-profiles.html
- OPTIONAL but recommended: Create a new BLANK profile (to basically stop DB from interfering with the character you play by hand) using the info in this post: https://www.thebuddyforum.com/demon...ines/162965-blank-routine-combat-routine.html
For the Follower bot you need to use the SimpleFollow.xml profile which will be in the zip file of the plugin.
Thats pretty much it. Bear in mind that you will need a DB licence for each bot - including the bot you play by hand and you will need to create 3 DB installations in separate folders. You'll also need to tweak the Trinity settings on each bot to suit your needs.
Good luck!
My license has 6 uses on it, but why do I need to have 3 seperate DB folders?
Also I'm using Trinity 2.x because its performed far better than 3.x for me, whats that new trinity you want me to replace it with?
I've been playing with it and it seems to work "okay", but often my follower heal monk will get caught fighting 1-2 mobs by himsefl, which he can never kill, while the leader gets far away. How can I make the follower prioritize following the leader before fighting mobs? Like say if leader with in 20 yards, fight, otherwise follow
Did anyone got multible bot groups running?
I cant set it up
Tried to change the server port and bind adress but didnt worked for me.
same here, the instructions doesnt say much and tbh im pretty dumb
Working copy of SimpleFollow 2.5.0 removing the broken function so it can be used with Trinity3.
I have 1 problem.
I use 2 account and use simplefollower. (Trinity 2X)
when i check questTool plugin, the character has lag. if not check questTool , bot has not lag.
so, i use only adventure plugin without unchecked QuestTool plugin.
But in Greater rift only the leader upgrade gem, the follower don't upgrade gem.
if follower bot check questTool plugin , he upgrade gem ,but so lagging.
summary
1. if checked QuestTool plugin in simplefollwer, lag apear.
2. follwer don't upgrade gem in adventure plugin, but he upgrade gem with questTool pugin.
someone help me plz.
This is the updated version of SimpleFollow for 2.3. Currently it only works with Trinity 2.x and it's not tested extensively.
It might not work with Adventurer at all, since it's pretty tightly integrated with QuestTools.
