Paladin cc/routine

Hey fellow botters,

Because of some rl friends i switched server and made a human paladin.
Since i have never played paladin before i was curious what the 'best' cc/routine is.
I have hand leveled abit to get the hang of healing and tanking.

Tanking is nice but i'm leaning towards healing...
I'm level 84 atm.

I have read about tuanha's healing cc, is it any good?
Can i use it for raiding?
I'm in a raiding guild so that would be great!
