paid profiles

i bought a couple honorbuddy profiles, and on this new honorbuddy 3 i cant see them in my buddystore like its not syncing i tried deleteing my bossland folder and it doesnt work someone please help so i can reused them,

i also tried to revise the profiles i bought pages and it said paid for but i do not have a link to get them again


any fixes?
