I paid for honor buddy and no key was sent to my email and have asked for it several times I need help getting my key

I also do not have a key for some reason.

Please go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and register with the email account that you used when you purchased the bot and your key should be there.

If not, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, email, and payment information so that we can get the issue resolved.

I have done that, and when I click on the Key link on the buddyauth site while logged in, there are no keys displayed. Under the ACTIVE, UNUSED/INACTIVE, and EXPIRED columns, there are no keys.

I purchased the program today and have yet to recieve the email with my key. When I try to log into the home page it says that my username or password is not correct. Is the username for the forums and that login the same?
