I've payed for this. So... why isn't it in my plugins?!

You need to check your My Purchase (https://store.buddyauth.com/Profile) page for HB Store and be sure it exist there and enabled, also please do attach log.
I do not manage Store, so most likely wont be able to help you.

I would suggest try make a clean install (follow exact all steps):

How to do Clean Install:
1) Download last zip with Honorbuddy http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=HonorBuddy
2) Unzip in NEW EMPTY Folder: C:/HB/ , DO NOT copy there anything else besides files from zip (you do not need to do anything with installation of Hb you had before)
3) Start HB
