Paid and no service :(

I paid for the 1 year (money was taken out of my account) and got two emails. One told me to use the password that i never recieved to follow account merging, and the other was just a newletter confirmation. Is anyone able to help me on this one?
 
whichever shop account you paid with is the one it got attached to

thanks for the quick reply, it says i have 0 sessions, i did not receive any kind of invoice but my debit card account clearly shows the money was taken out. I'm not sure what to do. browneye691 is the account. if you could help that would be great. if need be i can screenshot my debit account and show the transaction. I purchased the 1 year subscription on 6/15/11 thanks again​

same problem here cept i ordered the 3keys unlimited...

i didnt have to log in and if i read how he is writing this he did the same, just put a email in and name address. then card/paypal option and got no confirmation email, but yet got a email verifying i got charged.

if i recall both of those emails i got, when registering to the forums for HB, one was the conformation and one was the letter you get to opt in for when signing up. but no email from actual purchase
