Hi there. I paid for two 3-session keys last week, and though it's been 7 days, I still haven't received them. I've contacted [email protected] like 5 times, posted a few times, and get no response, other than the initial 'Check your buddyauth they should be there.' I checked BuddyAuth, they're still not there. So much for the '7-day refund window.' One of my last support emails was 'Just refund my money if you can't figure it out', but that one received no response as well.
These cost me over $160 U.S. The software isn't free... but unfortunately, support can't be bought at any price.
I am posting here hoping to get people to pile on Tony to start answering her/his email and support problems.
