Got four bags of ores last night is this decent? so i got about 530 bars after I'm done smelting..
 
not bad tho get 3 mining bags and 2 normal bags you can thank me later ^^
 
Should I not smelt?
Also I can't get rid of these fkn stacks even at 140g a stack, no one is buying..
 
sounds like my sever...the market on herbs ores gems enchants flask's are completely fucked...you should just see TH or uldum there are NEVER! any herbs or ore botters have over run it
 
I would think you'd be better off with ore next time. Ore is constantly being used to prospect into gems. Bars however are used for BS and Engineering. A lot more daily use out of prospecting. At least that's my take on the whole situation.
 
Tut tut, doing it wrong. You prospect the ore, craft ring/necks with the gems then disenchant those to get mats to either make enchant scrolls to sell or just sell the mats depending on your servers AH. Come on grandpa, get with the times, smelting, pft, hehe :p.

Not bad though ;D. 530 bars would net you a nice amount on my server.
 
it all depends on the realm honestly... i've found majority of the time... splitting up between going AH for some ore, prospecting for some and then smelting for some works nice.. but you have to know the realms market and understand the professions available to yourself.
 
So ores or bars which is in more overall general demand across the US realms???
 
I did manage to sale 30 volatile earth for 400g today but still have only gotten rid of 4 of the stacks i got today (at 140g per stack).. QQQQQ
 
When i overnight farm i usually get 2 32-slot mining bags and 2 32-slot herb bags full when i wake up and i only sleep for ~7 hours

to best honest i knew of mining and herb bags but i didn't know they were that big, so im going to go get some right now and restart the uldum 500 mining on GB..

and i normally start the bot at 10pm and turn it off at 10am..

ill post what i got when i wake up in the morning..

Elementium Bars sell for 150g per stack on my server so im sticking to sellign the bars. The herbs sell for more than the flasks atm aswell so im selling everything i farm.
 
Dude....

EVERY server is differant. People can NOT tell you how much something is worth.

Google Auctioneer addon, download and put it in your addons folder.

Then go the AH and run a scan, and you will see what you should be selling stuff for
 
First of all grats dude do you have epic mount? coz i think i get a little bit more then you do
but normaly i leave it on over night and while im at work so its about 16hours and i get about twice that

my only other thought is weather hardened elementium bars are worth smelting and selling might have to look into that tonite

on another note about the AH
I wish people would learn how to put stuff for sale instead of constantly undercutting people to the point where insted of everyone making decent money we all have to

2 nights ago i had 90 stacks of 20x elementium ore going for 60g / stack which at the time was somewhere near the top of the market i think the next person higher then me was somewhere near 80g / 20x but auctioneer said that was at 120% or something i managed to sell all 90 stacks

so at 60g i was still under by a fair bit but i through that was a fair deal 3g / ore not too bad

anyway 2 nights later due to idiots constantly undercutting elementium ore is now 40g / stack
and doped to like 60% why cant people just find a good amount and stick to it

how much does elementium ore sell on your servers?
