Since the lunch, bot has been a failure.
Due to constant crashes on windows 7, 8.1 and 10 the product is unsable.
Apart from sending the logs i have not come across any solution and reaction from the developers.
Are you planning to reward us with some additional free months after the bot reaches usable status again?.
 
Keys are getting extended due to patch downtime only

Look at the support section. All you do is post "upload logs pls" but nothing happens. I think I can talk in the name of the community, the current state of the bot is as good as if it's "down". It's unusable. It crashes all the time, and no further development is seen. People (from the community) who tried to fix Trinity said it that first, DB needs to be fixed, which didn't happen yet. While I understand that Trinity is a 3rd party plugin, DB ships with it, and without it - DB is just a nice looking icon on my desktop. I've been lurking on the forums for the past few days and the community outcry is fair and on point, at this point is looks like Buddy Team is trying to milk last few pennies without providing an actual product.
 
Kaffee , i think you have no idea for what are you talking about ! The bot is working well, there are some small bugs indeed, but far from unusable ! IT makes rifts and greater rifts with some small stucks after 1-2 hours, normally need just to forward it for 30 seconds with the mouse cursor and then works another hour, the bounties have been updated too and are almost fully afk . For anyone who don't like the bot , we have clean and clear ToS ... DOn't cry like baby, there are many happy people . If you have a bug reports, it's great to share it with, will probably be taken care of within a week, but just to say things like the above... no way ! First, you can't talk from the name of the community, but from your personal point of view only . Second- i said it already, it's free market, if you don't like it, check our ToS and continue with your negative live, don't poison us all .
 
Ameba, it's working for win 10 only . Also the bot gets better on daily basis, the fps issue is not huge and the game is playable for sure, also soon most of the issues are about to vanish, there's just some time needed, if you think that update with working bounties is something small, then we're not on the same wave here... yet, if you don't want to loose the key time at current version, you can ask for freeze of your key time at [email protected] , it's just 30 seconds mail you have to write and that will be done for you in less than 24 hours :)
 
Lets be clear here LOGS are needed to fix issues without proper insight you can't rectify what can't be seen, although FPS issues aren't the main problem lol. Multiple users are complaining about crashes, running around in circles, bad navigation and direction, not changing zones (not left clicking), Constant reloading of profiles forcing disconnects. I'm not concerned about time freeze on keys or refunds I'll wait patiently for a top program but i do expect a little more dedication on the DEVS part as what it looks like to me is that they don't really care :P That's looking from other posts and scouring the forums for an answer. My two cents...
