Ouch...got banned today. Question.

as i told you there are a lot automated systems on blizzards database checking fro fluctuality, and once they get something weird -> flag

and then if they gathered enough flags -> mass suspension or ban

but for sure no banwave - actually iif the account which got suspended is yoours you have a very good chance to restore it via the telephone billing support

i have noticed there havent been anymore "Use of 3rd party Program" bans since the lawsuits.

You can't say that anymore. I recieved this one yesterday. Had 2 bans (first ever), One was for gold selling and the other was 3rd party while leveling an alt.
