Ore shuffle help

Ok started playing around with ore shuffling today.
What i have been doing is Prospecting making jewelry then disenchanting it.
Now am i missing something because when i disenchant it i am only getting low price mat's.I would go as far as to say it would be better to sell the jewelry to vendor for 5 gold a time.
so basically do i just sell Jewelry or sell mats or use mats to craft enchant's.
Any help would be Appreciated as i have just emptied guild vault of ore and made less gold than selling ore raw on AH

Thanks for reply Maff but i must be a bit thick ive downloaded the excel doc and read all the stuff but cant get my head around it.I will just keep plugging on and see if it comes to me.

On most servers, shuffling is not profitable this late in an expansion. Not many people need the dusts so prospecting ore, crafting rings and disechanting them probably isn't worth your time. Either sell the raw mats or stockpile them until MoP hits when there will be higher demand.

Thanks Joker .I think thats the problem i seem to get more for raw gem's so i will stockpile for MoP and see how i get on .
